SXSW to Start 28th Annual Festival March 16th

In adherence to COVID protocols, South by Southwest will be hosting their 28th annual festival online from March 16th – 20, 2021. The program will consist of film screenings, conference sessions, music showcases, comedy, online exhibitions, mentoring, meetups, and special events.

From Tuesday, March 16 to Thursday, March 18, the Film Festival will premiere new work every two hours from 10:00am to 8:00pm CT during SXSW Online 2021.

Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil

Tom Petty, Somewhere You Feel Free
Documentary (World Premiere) (Centerpiece Film)

Drawn from a newly discovered archive of 16mm film showing Tom Petty at work on his 1994 record Wildflowers, considered by many including Rolling Stone to be his greatest album ever, Somewhere You Feel Free is an intimate view of a musical icon.
